HALE Barre utilizes both the ballet barre and standing poses to strengthen your lower body and core. By focusing on small isometric movements set to a fun playlist, you’ll find this hour long session can be modified to any level of intensity and no dance background is necessary. We will also focus on the basic foundations of technique and include plenty of stretching to increase flexibility.

Get your girls moving with this drop-in, energetic, hip hop class. The class usually starts with follow along cardio hip hop dancing and ends with games that require movement. This is a class to get them moving and more importantly have fun and build confidence. No dance experience needed and feel free to enjoy downtown Plymouth while your girls are dancing.
